Struggling media giant Vivendi Universal’s “will they won’t they?” sell UMG saga has taken another turn with VU apparently unwilling to sell off the label division whilst the market is so low, instead wanting to wait until the music market picks up again. They may be waiting some time….
All of which, of course, may well just be gamesmanship and a ruse to push up the asking price.
